So nice to be looked after & to experience such friendliness & guidance & great recommendation's from all of the team on the shop floor. It was a joy to visit the Manchester branch & Will be returning ASAP. Big mention for Danielle who kindly sourced a coat for my husband the day prior when I contacted the store to enquire, she also sent me a video of the purchase, kept me updated & took payment in readiness for collection the following day.    The customer service we received yesterday from this store made me remember what you miss about going into a store rather than shopping online. Ade and the team were absolutely fantastic. So much so we only went for a jacket for my husband and I ended up buying one. The customer care was amazing, the attention to detail, nothing was too much trouble for them and the coffee was delicious! We will definitely return to the store. Thank you so much.

   Ordered online. Awful experience. Email received 4 days after order cancelling with no explanation. Had to call and was told item out of stock. Then why is website stating it’s in stock. Upgrade your poor systems. Will stick to other brands as service much better

   Great shop: the gear is quite expensive, but of exceptional quality and in a massive diversity of styles. This place is like a clothing version of a candy store, perhaps even a little retro in places. I think I am now a convert to this stuff now. Check it out. Oh, and the staff have a sense of humour, so enjoy your visit!
