   Appalling. Placed order 10 days ago. Supposed to be delivered today. Instead I get an email saying I cant have my logo on the front left breast area ??. So I opt for the right hand side instead, cant have that either ?? Also had issues where Clothes 2 Order weren't able to change my font colour from white to black. They said I'd have to upload revised artwork. Strange they couldn't make that change in house (takes 30 seconds). But no problem, if did it. Then they took £9.99 off my card without me knowing (didn't actually give permission for this). So I carried out the artwork changes, because they wouldn't/ couldn't and I got billed ?? So after 10 days of non stop emails back and forth, and live chat via their site which is normally not manned, and chasing emails, and phone calls..... on the day the order was supposed to be here (at the latest as time frame was Dec 19th to 22nd) all i get is an email saying we cant have what we want, and what we paid nearly £200 for, almost 2 weeks ago I have used this company 3 times before with no issue but feel they have lost their way. I believe they are only really interested in dealing with big company's placing big/easy orders. I think if your order is only £100 to £200 you are getting pushed to the bottom of the pile What a shame to see a previously good company slip so far with customer service

   Ordered a decent number of mixed items here for our company embroidered workwear. The service is brilliant, the website is easy to use, they help with any issues, and produce a quality product that will last. They even sent us a treat for Chrsitmas which is a fantastic service and testimony to their client services. We'll continue to use them as our sole supplier for workwear and look forward to further items in future.

   We had a really disappointing service. (Hoody's too small!!!) The personalised stitching was great, but the hoody's were too small - we actually measured them at 4cm smaller than the size guide on the clothes2order website. Dan in customer services, emailed to say they do not QA their own products, so they needed to launch an investigation with their supplier before replacement garments could be issued. *Update* Photo evidence of incorrect sizing was sent as requested on 21/11/25 - still no resolution offered at time of writing (26/11/25) We now do not have the appropriate merchandise for our upcoming conference, which is really disappointing. Needless to say, we'll learn from our experience and use an alternative supplier next time.

   Really good quality embroidery. Very happy how some of the stitching is thicker than other parts of the logo giving it all more depth. Having now seen the quality of the embroidery I have ordered more. Highly recommend.

   Back in the summer of 2024, I started looking for a company to make uniforms for the charity I’m apart of coordinating. I gave myself plenty of time to research and found what I thought was a good company. Unfortunately, they let me down badly, and I had to go through a long process to try and get my money back. From start to finish, their service has been incredible. The process was straightforward, and any time I had a question, their team was quick to help. The price was fantastic for what we received, and the quality of both the clothing and embroidery was flawless. When the package arrived today, I was over the moon. After such a long and frustrating journey, finding Clothes2Order has made it all worthwhile. I cannot recommend them enough—they’ve truly enhanced our charity work with their amazing uniforms. The print quality on the caps were just as good and I wouldn’t hesitate ordering print if I needed to in the future.

   There was a slight error with the placement of the logo i uploaded for the front of the 7 t-shirts i ordered. They printed them all again lower down and sent with express delivery due to the time sensitive nature of my order. Stellar service and great quality, thank you very much - i will be ordering again.

   I ordered 15 shirts of various sizes for a birthday party. The online ordering process was easy to follow and I was able to upload my own design for the printing. The printing came out really well and the t-shirts are good quality and wash nicely. The overall service from Clothes2order was very good and the order arrived ahead of schedule.
