   Ordered via just eat I didn't order a lot as there was only me and my son eating, so I'm not sure how they could miss food off - especially when it was his entire ‘munchy box' which I was looking forward to sampling & sharing the curry sauce! Tried calling the number - just drops the call (? Off the hook / engaged) so we shared the rest : pineapple and chicken rice was 'Luke warm' and the vegetables in garlic sauce were ‘beige’ and bland couldn’t taste garlic. So what food we received was cold and had to be microwaved - chips in the airfryer! Literally the only warm thing was the free spring rolls and my cup of tea ( which I’d made! ) temperature of the food probably not helped by the fact it was teaming it down with rain and the bag was wet through so either not kept in insulated bag or taken out at the car to walk down the driveway. The prawn crackers had never seen a prawn - tasted like cardboard and I paid £3.50 for a bag - to then get an additional bag free ( not mentioned on the site ) Overall disappointed , food missing , couldn’t get a hold of restaurant ( maybe weather had affected it ) Food was cold and bland. A poor first time experience, won’t be going again.

   Reliable Chinese takeaway that I’ll always swear by. Others are good for a few months or so, but this place has been great for 30+ years. Will regale my grandkids about how the Singapore chow mein danced on my tastebuds

   Ordered from China Chef and had a great experience! The food was delicious, hot, and fresh upon arrival. The sweet and sour king prawns, dry spare ribs with lemon, chicken and mushroom soup, and sweet and sour mixed meat were all full of flavor and cooked perfectly. Portion sizes were generous, making it great value for money. Delivery was also quick - didn’t have to wait long at all. Definitely a solid choice for a tasty Chinese takeaway. Will be ordering again! Let me know if you’d like any tweaks!

   There's nothing worse than walking in hungry and seeing a big "cash only" sign. Was able to order online while staning in the shop, with awful reception and a very complicated ordering process. Food was nothing to write home about, but it was a lot. Would not have eaten it if I had not been hungry. Chewy, not spicy at all, no vegetables except eas and carrots and a lot of sprouts. Lovely staff.
