The best Chinese around. Always so fresh and tasty. Singapore vermicelli noodles and crispy beef is our absolute go to! You know it must be good when somewhere can still only operate on cash and still get busy!
Chefs special rice,…the worst I’ve ever had ..Nothing what I expected..The sauce was too strong ,the rice too plain..The chefs special rice I usually order ,comes with egg fried rice with peas onions mushrooms and the meats and prawn on top in smaller pieces. The one I got was plain rice at the side and the large pieces of meat and prawns were placed at the side and the strong sauce in the middle. Quick delivery though but I won’t be going again

Absolutely the worst experience in my life gave them several opportunities to sort my order out. Told me 40 mins delivery time so allowed 1hr realistically as other family members where ordering from other places. After 1hr I called to see how long order would be and told minutes away another 20 mins I called again and told almost there. We live 4 mins from the place. Again another 30 mins I called again and was assured it would be there shortly due to traffic (could have walked and fetched it in 10 mins) stayed patient then half an hour later my wife put the oven on after eating her chosen take away and I went to.ahop for bread on route back over 2 hours later the delivery turned up. I told the driver I ordered it over 2 hrs ago to be delivered in 40 to 45 mins and if I wanted cold food I would have had a bowl of cereal and he said that I hadn't ordered it 2 hrs ago but not in such a professional dialect. Dont waste your money on crap food and even worse service. Turn the cooker on and make your own food absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced
We order the same food every time. Got sent the wrong food not for the first time. Called up to say order was again incorrect but i will take it, but can we get it right the next time because we are regular customers and by the time the right food would be sent out everything else would be cold. Proceded to be spoke down to, spoken to disrespectfully, called a liar, during this abrasive rant i was receiving, the angry woman hadn't listened to what i said and repeated parts of the conversation back to me completely wrong. The food thus far has been fine other than opting for substitute meals it seems. But the customer care is unbelievable so if you like paying for random meal an like arguing with arrogant, rude, people with a bad attitude this is the place for you. I will never order here again because of the woman on the phones diabolical personality.
Great food as always, great delivery service, but the girl taking the orders on the phone is SO rude!! She speaks so quickly she's barely understandable, rushes the order and is just silent when asked questions. Just awful customer service!
Absolutely shocking took 1 hour and 40 minutes to deliver food was cold forgot some of order I wouldn’t feed it my dog
Consistently very good however missing items this time. Not very happy as calling was not an option/did not answer. Missing average £5 on the order. Not very happy.
I'm a little disappointed as the portion size has diminished in recent weeks. We are all suffering as a result of the cost of life increases but I order a beef fried rice and previously there were proper pieces of beef in the dish. However, the last time I had this recently, the beef was cut into tiny pieces! As a result I tried a different Chinese takeaway tonight and the beef fried rice had proper pieces of beef in. Sadly Ocean City has lost my custom now
Charge for prawn crackers even though we made a large order and then forgot them! Dropped off after we’d finished the meal which is no use - nothing offered as an apology. Wasn’t especially impressed with it in any case so wouldn’t order from the future
