Dined as a large group. Must point out the restaurant wasn’t very busy. We ordered from the all you can eat menu. Food came thick and fast and replenished frequently taking individual orders after the initial platters were devoured. Food was hot and tasty. Most of us filled up on the endless starters but a few then ordered mains. Very attentive with clearing and replenishing drink orders. This was our second time as a large group and won’t be the last. A complimentary ice cream dessert was bought out and a rendition of happy birthday played although it was a leaving party. But it caused a great laugh at the end of the evening. We will return again. No complaints from any of us. Everyone happy and full tums.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We went a few years ago and really enjoyed it so we decided to go last night for a meal, £25 per person for all you can eat. The service was abysmal, in 2 hours we had 2 starters… we had to wait 45 minutes between ordering and getting food each time. Multiple couples walked out before they even got mains because they had kids, yet were charged full price. They were quick enough to serve people drinks (not surprised when they charge £4 for a multipack can of strongbow) Now I wouldn’t mind waiting if the food was half decent but it was honestly inedible, bone dry re heated and had absolutely no taste. Rude service if asked how long food would be we got “ye ye ye ye” and walked off. Worst restaurant meal I’ve ever had.

77 quid for 2 adults and 2 children under 5 who both ate a spoon full of rice a prawn cracker and a chip each . All food was awful and inedible.asked for noodles they bought a spoonful out that were like pieces of leather beef in satay was overloaded with veg and 3 pieces of beef. Had to constantly get up to get a drink Then was charged £5.80 for a bowl of rice because the kids had one spoonful each Staff were rude and could see we weren't happy even when I challenged the bill they were un interested and all dissappeard in the back. Don't know who owns this now but its gone very down hill.do not recommended at all Over priced Unfriendly staff Disgusting food

Very loud inside and quite busy. Food is nothing more than OK. They got our drinks order wrong and swapped them with another table after I had taken a drink from mine. Slow service. We could have ate more but couldn't be bothered waiting another 20-30 minutes to order and be served. China dragon at New Whittington is better.

A very disappointing valentines meal! Meal was hour late in arriving. Chicken satay skewers in the starter were raw!! The spring rolls very undercooked. My wife and I decided not to touch the main as this also had chicken in it (sweet an sour). We have yet to receive a full refund despite being told its "on the way within a few days" over a week ago. I wouldn't even give this place 1 star.

Ordered takeaway on just eat order confirmed and changed to on its way, after 30 min rang and was told it wasn't on its way and would be another 2 hours. What a pointless episode, don't waste your time go elsewhere!

Booked a table for 5 and the food was lovely, even though they were busy we didn't have to wait long for our food. Staff and service was also really good. Definitely will go back.

I have used your restaurant mostly for takeaways since 1995, even though I don’t live on the doorstep anymore, your still my go to place as the food is delicious. The staff were always friendly until this evening when I chose an extra special treat for my family and took them for a meal, food was great as always but I feel really let down on the service…and the tone of the lady who served us (who has previously been lovely when ordering takeaways) the tone was rather snappy and unhelpful and made to feel we were an inconvenience not a customer…they may be short staffed but won’t need extra staff if the tone continues with the customers… to be honest I’m not sure you’ll see me again even for takeaways…I have never spent so much on a meal in my life as I was treating six people, I felt totally let down and embarrassed quite frankly that I’d chosen your restaurant.
