   Two errors by the staff were not enough to drop a star. First booked and paid a deposit for a Christmas meal, only to be phone a week before and after paying deposit and handing inemi choices in advance, that they don't do Christmas menu on Sundays. Then when paying they forgot to deduct the deposit which ment having to go back to resolve We had the receipts so was quickly resolved

   Visiting from Yorkshire and I’ll definitely come back here, the member of staff taking our order made us all laugh while catering to our requests, food was gorgeous, I had ‘the stoop burger’ the best burger ever! they do Pepsi max too which is always a winner in my eyes 11/10

   One member of our party LOVED their food. Two others were very happy with it. I don't like English chips because they are soggy and I thought the vegetables were over cooked. Another English trait I find. A fairly typical Pub.

   Spent over £80 on meals today. Sunday roast, Beef couldn't cut it , mind eat it. Was absolutely disgusting. Asked to speak to manager, never came. No apology. Nothing. Would not recommend this place.

   Great pub in a lovely area. Probably due a bit of a face lift in all fairness but staff were pleasant and my bitter was spot on. Large car park which wraps around the pub and a beer garden to the rear.
