   ordered over the phone it took the women 15 minutes to take my order then never even put it threw so we waited a hour until i called to ask where it is they said they never even took a order from me so i had to re order it and wait another hour for it to come then it wasn’t even the right food i ordered when i asked for some compensation as it took the piss they rudely turned me down, the manager isn’t very polite!

   I’m not one to write bad reviews but rang an order through at 7pm to be delivered for 8pm it arrived 45 mins late and missing part of the order. I double checked the order with them on the phone after giving them and they said I hadn’t ordered it!!! They would deliver but I would have to pay. The manager was talking over me on the phone not helpful and even put the phone down. Will not be using them again!

   Ordered on just eat, they took my order and money. Waited 90 minutes which was 15 minutes over the time they stated. We had no food so contact the restaurant to be told they hadn’t even started it. Why take orders just to let customers down. Simply not good enough. Order cancelled and have to go elsewhere.

   First time trying this place. Had to ring up to see where my order was. Chips were cold, rice is more like cous cous. Terrible, will definitely not be ordering from here again. 30 quid wasted!!

   Should’ve looked at the reviews before ordering. Took 1 and a half hours since ordering to arrive and that’s only because I rang up and THEN suddenly my food was ready to go. And I’m a simple person when it comes to food I never have complained about taste in my life but this was honestly so bland I can’t even express how bad it is. I really can’t. Will not be returning. I respect the food was warm when it arrived and the spring rolls were OK but the food itself was a huge disappointment

   Absolutely the worst Chinese I've ever had; chow mein had weird random ingredients, was watery and the chicken tasted like fake meat with a hint of washing up liquid thrown in for good measure. Do NOT order from here!

   Don't use these, just waited 2 hours fir the delivery, ruined how movie night, kids was hungry, called twice to chase the food, telled both times it was on the way, chased again and told them two hours is way to long to be waiting for food, she told me on the phone it is what it is, if I don't want the food send it way, then put the phone down, so rude and unpolite

   AVIOD AT ALL COSTS!!!! (FOOD POISONING) Ordered our food at 6pm tonight, it took 2.5hours to come, me and my mrs both started feeling sick a couple hours later, having not eaten anything else all day apart from a sandwich we made, we are now being violently sick and have diarrhoea as well as both are in agony with stomach pains! We had the crispy Shredded chicken, do not order from these no matter what!

   Ordered food at 1800 to be told would be an hour, called 90 minutes later to be told was being cooled and ‘was the busiest day’. At 2000 called again to be told the driver had left 19 minutes ago! We live two minutes drive away! Put the phone down on me and the driver arrived 20 minutes later! Very poor either be honest with customers or lose customers!
