Just visited and got home , wow this food is good . I am amazed at how good it is with the review I looked at but it is great and no que . Trust me it's good I had a special chow main and it was really good . Recommended highly.
Been ordering from Canton for years now but the last 2 orders we've had have been horrendous!! Food arrived cold, microwaved it and it all gave off a weird smell once warm. Majority of the food was tasteless but the smell coming from it gave it a taste of it's own. 100% won't be ordering from here again. Very disappointed
Instantly smelt that something wasn’t right. But couldn't put our finger on it. Started to eat the meal and instantly tasted chemicals. This has left all 3 of us feeling unwell, with a strange sensation in our mouths! The main issue being the batter or the chips! Contacted the restaurant and told that they have high standards and have had no other complaints. I didn’t dispute this but no refund offered, food not eaten. Just eat wouldn’t help us either.
Delicious Chinese - food is always on point and very tasty. Never had a bad meal. Service times for collection orders placed via the website are generally slow (usually 40 minutes) Like all restaurants and takeaways these days it’s overpriced - but comparable to others in the area.
I've got food from here several times-always tasty,well cooked, fresh, hot and good portions. Also quick delivery although I only live 5 minutes away. However, my last order didn't cut it. I called and the chef was really nice, no quibbles etc which always goes a long way. I've ordered again today and all came with the top quality that I have come to expect from the restaurant.
Food better than most used quite often prices on par wit rest of takeaways worth a try but we like a shop around some time a bit disapointed as we have same dishes but the consistency would change but try it still worth a go
Waited an hour and half for our food. That wasn’t a major problem but the food was shocking quality. Dry and taste like it’s been stood for hours.
Disappointing hygiene rating 3 but hygiene rating the dry beef chow main is the best in town and delivery was perfect
I have not tasted better Chinese food in Mansfield than at this restaurant. The key thing about this restaurant is they always use fresh ingredients and the food is cooked to perfection I eat Chinese quite a lot and to get Chinese food anywhere near this quality you are looking at a trek to Nottingham. I have been eating at this restaurant for several years and it always seems to be consistently good food. They take time and care with the food and and it shows the food is outstanding.
