   I’ve used this Chinese takeaway locally for years, but it must have changed hands because the service and quality have gone completely downhill. My food never turned up, even though I was told it would be £15. When I rang to ask where it was, they said the delivery driver claimed he’d already been to my house—but he definitely hadn’t. They then said they would remake it “fresh,” but still charged me extra for delivery, even though the mistake wasn’t mine. When the food finally arrived, it was cold, soggy, and honestly just awful. What used to be a lovely place with polite staff is now full of young teenagers answering the phone with zero manners. They don’t listen, don’t care, and act like it’s acceptable to ignore you when you explain the problem. I told them I wouldn’t be using them again, and they couldn’t have cared less. Such a shame. Avoid.

   Ordered from here for over 10 years never once had a problem. Always arrives promptly or within the given timeframe stated on busy days (through the weekend). When I've come to collect I am even greeted by the owner who is sometimes seen through the gap at the counter busily working hard; he is a very lovely guy, who very clearly has a very strong passion for quality and the food. Best Chinese takeaway for 100 miles in my opinion. Beware this is a cash only business however this isn't any problem in my opinion.

   Tried for the first time last night as usual Chinese was closed, absolutely vile meal which consisted of prawn omelette, chips, wonton, soft noodles and a meal of prawns, beef, pork and chicken. Safe to say I didn't touch a prawn, the meat was tough and slimy, the chips were dry and the wontons filling was dry and inedible, the prawn omelette was gross and dry. Never again!!!

   Best Chinese takeaway in all of Aire Valley with no doubts in my mind and no others coming close second. Food of the highest quality and piping hot when received consistently. Ignore all the bad reviews they're usually made by people who have ordered the wrong thing and have decided they've been given the wrong item when in fact they've been served what they've ordered (when meaning to order something else). Usually due to them having their own name for items on the menu, differentiating from what the item or dish names are on the menu then staff having to use the enigma code to figure out what item or dish they would like. Everyone makes mistakes sometimes but not all takeaways are willing to exchange your meal under absolutely any circumstance if there is a mistake, on anyone's behalf. You get looked after at Peking Cuisine as a customer like family like I know you don't at other takeaways❤️.

   Seems to be pick up only and cash take away. Seems more authentic than the other take away in crosshills. Food is made quickly and fresh. We got ours within 15 minutes of ordering. The Chinese Uncle taking the order is actually very really sweet and friendly but sounds a bit abrupt due to the way he speaks. Food is a good tasty option for local Chinese. Recommend.

   Not been here for many years. Nowhere else open so thought I would give it a try. Was pleasantly surprised as very tasty food ,quick service and nice and hot as though it had just been cooked and not warmed up. Definitely go again
