   My experience with their aftercare was truly disappointing. They offered no real help and were incredibly dismissive when I simply inquired about the warranty. The service was poor. In hindsight prices are not too different from retailers selling brand new units, I was better off purchasing elsewhere

   My partner got a freezer and drove it home in my car. It came with no packaging at all. I changed my mind on it so went to return it the very same day as it was way smaller from inside than I expected. However, upon inspection they decided it was only going to be refunded with £40 less than what I originally paid that morning. They said it was scratched and damaged even though I did absolutely nothing with it apart from drive it back. It was never even plugged in or anything!! That was absolutely ridiculous and very unfair and unprofessional given that it had no packing and I returned it only a few hours after purchase. Never will I ever return there despite being a regular customer. Yes, I’m out of pocket £40 for nothing but the bigger loss lies on yourselves as I will no longer be spending a single penny there ever again!! Very disappointed and actually disgusted by this service, completely unacceptable!!

They went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up properly and done with a smile. Excellent service all round – highly recommend!

   I purchased a bosch built in microwave oven yesterday which has now replaced my old bosch 10 Yr old one perfectly and matches the oven. I visited the Oldham store with my wife and spoke to a knowledgeable gentleman called Dan who gave us him time and answered any questions we had. He was very helpful and pleasant. Dan said John would phone me back to check stock in the warehouse the following morning which sure enough he did and he said my microwave oven was ready to collect. I went down to the store straight away to collect and another gentleman carried the microwave and put it into my car after I paid. The gentleman who carried it out also had a nice manor about him and the young lady who was in on Sunday with Dan also was pleasant and talkative. I would recommend this company to anyone and as I have been in retail sales all my working life this kind of service is sadly not available everywhere. I will definitely be back for more stuff soon This company is full of nice people. Thanks again. Eric Unsworth.

   Recently bought a double over gas hob fan extractor from Direct Discounts Oldham branch Had the pleasure of been Served by Sarah who was most helpful ,No pressure, and could not have been more helpful also very knowledgeable Ordered on the Wednesday fitted on the Friday by their own Gas fitter First class from start to finish. I have now hesitation in recommending them and particularly Sarah who was first class Jim Raftery Altrincham Cheshire

   Got my dryer hear probably about a year and a half ago. Condenser. Came with good advice too. Cheaper than anywhere else. It's the best dryer I've ever had. They offered delivery too. Came on here to look them up for a new washer. Thought I'd leave a review whilst here. Hoping they're still as good.
