   According to the courier’s tracking information, the parcel is marked as delivered, however I did not receive it. No parcel was handed to me, and nothing was left at my address or with a neighbour. I have checked with household members and neighbours, but the package has not been located. I kindly request that you investigate this issue with the courier and provide proof of delivery (such as a photo, signature, or GPS delivery confirmation).    Went today only for it to be closed at 16:30 as had some kind of event on. Not the first time this has happened. If they want to do events, use updlstairs or hire a venue. As was unable to enter, went to Nike who were open and got what I needed. Well done Adidas, you have lost a sale and a customer.

   Its a well designed store, more like a brand promotion store with really immature staff who keep following you. There is very less variety to buy and the store is not made for shopping as such. Even my return experience was not great.

   Love this store. Must see for Oasis fans. Lots of memorabilias and Oasis x Adidas merch. The only downside is that the Oasis jerseys are always sold out.

   bought experience football boots for my lad unfortunately the quality has not been great but and had to return them but the staff after sales were fantastic replaced boots paid a bit more but staff and manager top Mark's will be getting all the boys boots from this store from know on

   As soon as I walked in was approached by George, immediately asked how he could help. Helped me pick out some shoes to compare got the pairs out within a minute and talked me through which were suited to my needs. Matched my online 30% off code and used my gift card. Fantastic easy to navigate store with plenty of stock. Couldn’t find these ultraboosts anywhere else.

   Fantastic store, but I may be a bit biased as I love Adidas, but here goes. Went to pick up some trainers that I bought online and was served by Chloe who was very knowledgeable and gave me some good advice about my purchase. All staff were very friendly when I approached them and left me on my own when I was looking around the store which is perfect for me. Would recommend coming in the week if you can as they will have a lot more spare time for you.
