   I recently purchased a Midea fridge freezer from Appliance World, Swinton and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. The fridge freezer itself is excellent—simple, spacious, and works perfectly. What really stood out was the service. The shop staff were fantastic; their customer service was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the selection process very easy. The delivery was smooth and professional, and I especially appreciated how they handled the removal of my old appliance. It saved me a huge amount of hassle. A big thank you to the whole team! Highly recommend Appliance World.

   I purchased a gas hob that was faulty and these guys refused my request to return it batting it off for me to contact the manufacture to have a service engineer come out to inspect it. With no working gas hob and no ability to cook for several days, I had to purchase a hotpoint model from Hotpoint. It worked perfectly and now I'm having to pay two call outs and stuck with a defective hob I can't sell. ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE OF A COMPANY AVOID BUYIG ANYTHING FROM THEM!!

   Have used Appliance World a few times now. Steve in the shop was really helpful. Just had a new dishwasher delivered and fitted, the guy did a great job, made it look easy. Really pleased with it. Would definitely recommend.

   Unbelievable service. I saw what I wanted online, then phoned the shop to see availability. Spoke to Mike who was incredibly helpful. At 5 o'clock I placed my order. At 12 o'clock the very next day, it was delivered. The price was great and the cherry on the cake, was totally free delivery

   I went in today and to look around to try and find an appliance I wanted to purchase, after being in there awhile I noticed the staff weren't really interesting in anyone in store. Then after afew minutes of looking around another customer came in to ask for help and then your staff started swearing and shouting about the customer who was only looking for a part or repair. I don't think it's appropriate for staff to treat people this way because there was also an issue with a phone call I overheard when in. Your staff need to be kept a check on because it was so badly the way they treated this customer I left.

   My partners been a few times the first time was when he was getting scaffold out of the van and a guy who works here who has ginger hair nearly crushed my partner and a 12 year old girl then the second time the same ginger guy soaked my partner with a jet wash my partner then rang the manager and told him what happened and he said he would deal with it why the ginger guy is laughing outside thinking its funny. Its absolutely shocking to have someone that arrogant working here. Are the other workers the same????

   AVOID ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY There customer service is absolutely terrible. I made an order with them giving very clear delivery instructions which they complety ignored. As a result I did not receive my order, which legally is a breach of contract. When I tried to contact them the staff was extremely rude, dismissive, condescending and very unprofessional. They refuse to provide me with my order and refuse to issue a refund. There prices are fair but please be warned that if you encounter any problems with your order you will be in for a long fight to get it resolved
