   Totally blown away by the service I iust received from Jackie and her team today. My washing machine packed up this morning so I nipped down to Crawfords to see what they had in and when they could fit it for me. Literally an hour later I have a new washing machine plumbed in ready for action. Cannot recommend Crawfords enough and its so good to have such wonderful businesses on my doorstep. I want to add that the lads that came out to fit it for me were absolutely wonderful. Clean and tidy and oh so quick! They certainly know what they are doing. Thank you

   Wow what can I say I had a rubbish dryer that wouldn't dry a load for about 6 hours n I called up n they told be the best one to get what they had in I ordered it paid and recieved within the hour honestly saved my life I get my washing done so quick now thankyou so much guys brilliant service and will be recommending to family/friends!!!

   I bought a reconditioned washer that never worked, they replaced it after 3 weeks and agreed it had never been working. The second one was broken also. I have had no washer all over Christmas with a new baby, so a family member bought me a brand new one on Boxing Day from curry’s. Been asking them since Christmas to come and collect there broken washer and they are ignoring all messages and calls. Very bad service would never use ever again!

   What a wonderful family run local business. Totally customer focused and so helpful. We purchased from this shop previously and were so happy with the service that we returned to purchase a new washing machine. Unfortunately, the new washer was not what we expected and had to be to be returned to the manufactor. Stuart and Jackie loaned us a temporary washing machine and helped us all the way until we could source a new washer. The engineers/ delivery guys were also amazingly helpful. Above and beyond , which was much appreciated. We will definitely return to Crawfords for future appliance purchases.
