Shocking experience, 2 hours waiting. Lied to being told 5mins away 2 times. Then had a new driver, then had the wrong postcode. Horrific! If you want your food do not order here.
Great food again, definitely becoming my go to place for a great Chinese!
Absolutely shocking service order took over 2 hours and still didn't arrive after several phone calls and then got told that the driver doesn't speak any English so they took the order back only to be told that another driver was on the way....waited another 30 minutes and still no food in the end rang up and cancelled the order....absolutely shocking never going back there again...
Never had a bad meal for here and go all the time,Staff very friendly. I would give it 5 but always room for improvement.
Avoid via Just Eat. Food was 45 minutes late, cold and chow mein had leaked all over EVERYTHING in the bag. Not only that, when I rang afterwards to complain, I was told to get a refund I would need to contact Just Eat. Fair enough - did that, they contacted the restaurant as they had not marked the order as delivered at their end properly (incompetence unsurprising at this point) but they then informed Just Eat that they would refund me everything but not two cans of coke (covered in Chow Mein and warm...) - petty and pathetic. I accepted as unlike them not going to argue over small things (and after 4 calls to just eat could not be bothered to continue the saga), but shows their priority is clearly not their reputation or service they provide their customers. Couldn’t pay me to use them again.
