The restaurant was run down , looked more like a cafe, we did not book but was placed by the drafty door , it was expensive for what we had. We felt like the outsiders and was treated like this as the waiters made the regulars feel great. Even though I’m spending the same amount of money ! This was found as my daughter craved pasta she has ahdhd , my kids like it , and that what matters but for the adults as I’ve been to many high restaurants in my life and my expectations of how customer services should be , this is definitely disappointing and not even a good bye after you took my money . Unless you Italian or a regular , don’t bother .

We went as a group of 8, the garlic bread portions are enough for 2, the calamari and bruscetta was lovely. Mains were mostly pizza which was good. The pasta was delicious and the chicken with mushroom sauce was very tasty. The tiramisu was a good portion size and really nice. Great service.

This place is Amazing. We ate here for our wedding anniversary after hearing lots of wonderful things and getting many recommendations. Well all I can say is I was more than happy that we chose this restaurant for our special date. The food was fantastic and the atmosphere here is great. The waiting staff are so fun and entertaining and they couldn't do enough for us. The whole place was lite up with fairy lights and candles and felt intimate and warm. If you are looking for somewhere authentic with lovely staff and great food don't hesitate to book. I can't stop telling people about this little gem of a place.

I’ve been coming to Punto for years, sometimes with my family, sometimes alone. It is always a great time. Good food, friendly service and a fun family atmosphere. The owner's tiramisu is excellent and I literally travel thousands of miles for it, but everything that I've had has been good. The menu is familiar but with interesting daily specials. The live music on a Friday night was fun and diner participation is encouraged, so if you're noise-sensitive, it can get quite loud. All in all, I love it and try to make a point to visit on every trip to Windsor.

Very sorry to share this but the service and food this evening was particularly bad….. I have dined here many times, including a very special birthday occasion. This evening I dined with a chum and though slightly busy at each and every other table the attention was as lovely as I have experienced in the past however not for us…. The elderly waiter did not once engage with us after we chose a cheaper wine than recommended, our choice, which we were quite happy with was super but that was it……….. tumbleweed, no eye contact or engagement from staff, the food wasn’t as good as usual, it’s not cheap here, but the “Supposed” senior staff member argued when I couldn’t eat my dish, he said there “was NO salt in the lasagna”. As a chef myself, all food is seasoned, so a little perturbed by his defensive, unapologetic attitude that I felt very unappreciated as a customer. Having left a £10 tip on the table, walked to ask for our coats and ignored, manager saw me walk up towards him, he disappeared through the door, retrieved our coats and left taking the £10 tip with us, shame going to be voting with my feet……

Excellent Italian. Lived in the village for about a year and tried Punto for the first time last night. Excellent food - wonderful service, the only small thing was the live music was a little loud; but that did not spoil what was a fantastic evening. Will be back and would gladly recommend.

Excellent service, really friendly guys, made my brother in laws 60th meal a real treat. The garlic bread starters are really large (not a complaint I loved them). Everyone enjoyed all their courses and said how they would loved to go back again (which we will!!).

so many people kept telling me about this place so gave it a try from the experience seems more like a cafe than a restaurant food was bland and not great waiters were unattentive at times we were not important also they have no sides on the menu and when asked for basket of bread he said he doesnt do it yet on a table i saw a customer having a badket of bread. the only positive is that i know now why i dont go to this restaurant i wouldnt go again

Really very good, the food quality and heat give me recognition and goodness, the waiters are polite and considerate, I will definitely visit again if I have the opportunity
