   (Doesn’t even deserve 1 star) I would NOT recommend ordering. I placed an order through Just Eat approximately half an hour before midnight for one large pizza, sides and two drinks to be delivered to a nearby hotel. When the delivery arrived, the driver explained that the restaurant had refused to prepare part of the order because they were “closed,” despite the restaurant being advertised as open on the app and my order having been confirmed. As a result, half of my order was missing, and what did arrive was cold.

   First pic is a make it yourself pizza that I requested 2 x spicy beef and 2 x Italian sausage with red chillies, green pepper (not jelapeno) and cheese. There is no way this is 4 x meat. It’s basically a cheese pizza with speckles of meat which is why I 4 times the meat! Picture 2 is supposed to be a bbq sauce base not a topping. Picture 3 was also bbq Bassett which is fine but remove the mushrooms and peppers which was not done! How hard is it to read the order written in black and white English! I call the store and the guy says there’s no manager, call tomorrow. Then I complain that I have an issue and there isn’t even anyone to speak to in the store about it which is ridiculous! So I explain the problem and he says he did put 2 x spicy beef and 2 x Italian sausage on the first pizza, oh and ‘sorry about that’ regarding the jalapeños that were supposed to be green pepper and that he’ll make me another pizza. Im at home. It was a delivery order. Im not waiting another hour for a correct pizza when it’s already 20:40 at night. Livid.

   Awful and does not even deserve one star. One pizza was rock hard underneath, the other pizza and starter had no cheese. Rude and unhelpful staff that lie and change their stories constantly then ignore your calls when they see who is calling. A nonexistent manager that apparently is never working. Avoid this place.

   Food takes ages to arrive. They always update the order as delivered although it takes another 40 more minutes to arrive. Estimated waiting time is probably around 1 hour 30 min, although I’m not far from them. The drivers are very rude and do the deliveries on their own time and management covers up for them. Horrible service. Happened multiple times now and will stop using them.

   They were open online and on just eat on Xmas day. I placed an order on their website on Xmas day an payment went through. After waiting for over an hour and calling them (no answer) we found out they were closed but yet they were trading online and taking payments. As I paid through PayPal I tried to get my money back and they are disputing it?! Times are hard but this is taking the mick. Will never order from Papa John's again.

   Awful Management and are blaming the cold for delivering a cold pizza and garlic break - when phoning management it also seemed as though they had no genuine interest in resolving the situation and were adamant that the pizza was hot when it left. The fact that there was no apology or remorse is what made it more annoying - DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU LIVE WITHIN A 5min radius - worst management ever and will not get far with cold delivery’s of hot food !!

   Food is alright, but takes quite a bit longer to get served. And also their full menu is not available yet as they opened recently. Friendly staff, they do have indoor seating, but it’s a bit warm inside. And it’s mostly empty seating during the day.

   Great addition by papa John- Papadiaz chicken with ranch sauce was suggested by staff. Better alternative to Pizza. Would have it again and visit Egham store again, friendly staff and great service.
