Brilliant service and very friendly guy. Came out to repair our washer/dryer which had a fault in the lock, sorted it right away and stayed to check it was working fine. He also gave us lots of tips on how to upkeep the machine better/easier as we had done some work on it ourselves already. The part that was replaced comes with a 12 month guarantee and the service was of very good price. Highly recommend!
A really lovely bloke who I had to rearrange an appointment with at very short notice. Came next day and very quickly sorted my oven out. Excellent price, tested the oven before he left and explained his guarantee. Will recommend him to all my friends.

New oven element fitted today - excellent and very quick service from Colin, who was professional, friendly and quickly responsive in arranging appointment - on a job that could have been tricky due to having to access the rear of the oven, but was easily sorted out by Colin. Went above and beyond as well to improvise on re-fixing back plate inside the oven. At very reasonable price too (where other companies had quoted twice the price). Would highly recommend and will definitely use again if/when needed.
