   Chris was Very efficient and quick with carrying out the washing machine repair which for us was an electric wire in top of machine. The lid of our machine was not easy to get off (and back on) following the repair but all in a days work and Chris did a thorough job. Would recommend.and as others have mentioned a very reasonable price.

   I rang and booked an appointment - had to wait 5 days as said they were busy. My dryer was squealing. I rang on the day to check what time they were coming as I had booked the day of work. I was told to get someone else - they weren't coming! Terrible way to treat people.

   Phoned up as my dryer wasn't drying. After he got the make off me he told me what the most likely problem was and how to fix it! (it involved taking the top off and having a push of a fuse. Top fella! Will definitely be using the fellow for some paid service at the next opportunity :D. Can't recommend enough!

   I read the good reviews on here and was eager to use these guys, thinking my Washer would be fixed or condemned in no time. However I was really disappointed with the service. Chris came out to my house almost an hour later than planned, these things happen I suppose. He said I needed a new part and he'd get back to me tomorrow with a price. I didn't hear anything. I rang later that day and was told hed ring me back in 10 minutes. Again I heard nothing. I called back past the shop a week later and asked again and was told he would call me back in 10 minutes. Again heard nothing. It's a massive inconvience having small children and no washer so I really needed this job doing quick, or an answer at least. Instead I felt like I was a burden and he weren't really too bothered about the job and a customer shouldn't be made to feel that way. I'm very disappointed with my experience using these guys.
