This time he organised a complete kitchen makeover for us . He took charge of clearing everything, put us in contact with brilliant tradesmen (electrician, plumber, plasterer) and took charge of all the decorating , tiling and joinery. I highly recommend his services. His fees are very reasonable and we saved a lot of money by using his services rather than an " kitchen fitting" firm .”

“What an absolute Gem of a find. Couldn’t ask for a more Genuine and Honest garage. Called in to drop Daughters car off after RAC couldn’t find the fault why it kept cutting out. Was supposed to be booked in for the next day hence just dropping it off night before. They had a quick look there and then (just past shutting up shop time). They diagnosed the fault and repaired it within half an hour. I would strongly recommend Family & Friends and most definitely be trusting them with my vehicles in the future. 10/10”

“Had my B47 in yesterday for its timing chain, where to start, I've followed ADC for a couple of years and knew from seeing their posts how good they are at what they do. But as i have now experienced their services I can honestly say, the trip from South Wales for a same day timing chain replacement was worth the 500 mile round trip. Their pricing is by far the cheapest in the UK from when I was researching and they manage to still use genuine parts and keep the cost down for customers which is credit to them. The guys in the garage are incredibly effective and efficient in what they do. My bmw hasn't run this well and smoothly in years and as its almost on 200k it feels like it did when I first got it, they even noticed another issue while dealing with the chain which I didn't know and sorted it for me without issue. If your considering using ADC for work just book in you won't be disappointed they know these cars Inside out and what they dont know isnt worth knowing. Anything major in the future my car will absolutely be coming here for the work to be done. Thanks guys for sorting the chain and exhaust out. 5**”

“Can't fault Gary! He even advised me against spending money if I didn't need to due to the amount of damage after I was hit by a woman that wouldn't admit fault ! I'm only planning on running the car until its mot is due then looking to sell on, and he give me a great quote that helped me out massively with tight funds and had the work done quickly despite it being a big job dropped off at 8am and was ready to be collected by 2pm! And as you can see chuffed with results !”

Was asked to take car down a couple of hours later for them to have a look at it. I brought my car to him and after a diagnostics tests he diagnosed the issue — a faulty water pump. He clearly explained what the problem was and where it was coming from, then gave me a quote right after the diagnosis. When I asked when it could be fixed, he said he could start immediately. “If you can't find it here it's probably not made. Great knowledgeable staff with a great vibe as they are so damn funny. Heck of a lot crammed into a small space so be prepared to search for stuff. I forget it's there sometimes and go to the big chains but these local people will have the same type of stuff but likely better quality and cheaper.”
