   Eddie was brilliant, start to finish. Great communication, quoted for a new boiler and a new radiator really quickly. The gas supply in my house threw up some hidden unforeseen problems due to old pipe work blockages. This meant lots of extra work which was outside the initial quote. Eddie sorted everything without creating a much higher cost to the original quote. We now have a much better gas supply throughout the house with the new boiler and radiator. Eddie was a pleasure to have in the house. Job was finished so tidy. Would definitely recommend.

   He comes when he says, fixes the issue first time and properly, quick in and out. Brilliant and friendly guy. I highly recommend him. On the lighter side: someone needs to tell him the loose end of the toilet roll goes over and away from the wall and not under. That's so wrong! Once I undid that blatant error, I went back to loving my new flush. Thank you again

   I have just arrived home from my holiday and I have had a full new bathroom off Eddie. WOW!! What a difference! And what an amazing job. I have also gone from an electric shower to a gas shower what a difference it makes. I have also had two new radiators fitted. Would highly recommend.

   Eddie, Dave and Mitchell the apprentice were fab. New boiler fitted and leaky bathroom sorted all in 2 days. Cleaned up after themselves and were super chaps. Will use them again and can't recommend them highly enough.

   Eddie installed a new combi boiler in my house on September 10 2020, he was recommended by a friend. The boiler started to malfunction straight away- the pressure kept dropping and we had to keep topping it up about 3-4 times a day. The problem was eventually linked to a leak behind one of the radiators. Eddie refused to investigate or repair the leak, insisting that it had nothing to do with the boiler installation, despite my agreeing to pay for the job. Eddie left my daughter and I in the cold house with no heating and no hot water for 4 months in mid winter! I coughed up £3400 to get the boiler sorted by him so my family would not have to suffer such a fate in winter. But Eddie had no compassion, the way he spoke to me when I challenged him was unprofessional, maybe because I am a woman, I’m sure he would not speak to a man like that. Eddie has not given me a receipt for the money I paid him either. I am glad to say however, that some kindhearted tradesmen have been and patiently and persistently laboured for 3 Sundays,, traced and repaired the leak, boiler now working perfectly. Thanks for nothing, I will not recommend you to anyone else, because I wouldn’t want them to go through what I went through.
