   La Piazza is, by far, one of the best restaurants in the area. Having been a few times before, I knew what a great place it was: friendly, welcoming and with delicious food, prepared and served with genuine passion by the owner. And this occasion was no exception. Rubik’s hospitality was - as usual - second to none, and he made my dinner date with a friend very special.

   Booked the restaurant for a birthday party and everyone had a fab time. Rubik customised the menu for us and gave options for non-meaters (salmon). We had roast lamb (very soft and tender), cauliflower cheese, chicken pasta (this was a surprise favourite as my family normally are not pasta fans), roast potatoes and brocoli. Starters we had gorgonzola cheese mushrooms, spicy prawns, and a salad. Desert was a very pretty tiramisu. Food was very tasty and a couple came to play jazz music for a few hours which was a lovely touch. Thanks for a great evening!

   I've been here twice and both times it' been such a warm and lovely experience with the chef/owner greeting us and providing all the little touches that comes from a local restaurant. We thoroughly enjoyed it and appreciate the little details that the host provided.(He gave the kids ice cream for dessert and veggie sticks as starters.) Food was made to order so it was very fresh and tasty. We would come here again and definitely recommend it.

   Fantastically good restaurant with some absolutely incredible flavours! Went after a trip to the rugby - just a short walk away and none of the crowds. What an unbelievable find! Group of 4 of us all had pasta and all of us were incredibly impressed. We then had the freshest, most delightful tiramisu I've ever eaten for dessert. To top it off, the welcome we got and the hospitality was superb. Thanks so much for having us! Will 100% be back!

   A warm and inviting interior, superb cocktails. The delicious food is cooked fresh behind the bar, you can tweak your dish as to how you'd prefer, spicy, pasta options, with or without an ingredient. The service is excellent, the owner wants you to have an enjoyable dining experience with great food.

   This place is Magical! It is absolute perfection, the food, the amibiance, and Rubik's beautiful hospitality make you feel like you're coming home after years away. It's the kind of place where you think you'll just pop in for a quick drink or a bite, and the next thing you know you've made new friends, laughed with old ones and realized you never want to leave. And the food, "This is so good I could cry" was said many times! Cheers to Rubik, this might just be one of my favorite dining experiences of all times!

   Went to Topolli for the first time last night and had such a fantastic evening. The food was incredible! We shared starter plates (brie wedges, aubergine dip, greek sausage) and couldn't stop eating them. The aubergine dip in particular was outstanding. I was actually worried I may have overdone it, but I had no problems completely finishing my main... I got steak with potatoes, beans and spinach. The sirloin steak was the best I have ever had and the potatoes and veg were beautifully cooked too. Was absolutely stuffed, but got some tiramisu to split between four of us as we couldn't leave without trying a dessert here. I'm normally not a big coffee fan, but i've never had tiramisu like this before - so light and subtle. Food aside, the atmosphere inside Topolli was wonderful - so relaxing and the service was excellent. I'm already thinking about when I can go back!
