   We have ordered from here for over 10 years, it’s the best Chinese takeaway! The deep fried smoked chicken is top tier, and this is the only place we have found it available. Other options we love: spare ribs (always tender and lots of sauce, peking is our favourite), beef chow mein, egg fried rice, sesame prawn toast, salt and pepper chips and of course aromatic crispy duck to name a few!! Whatever you order you can’t go wrong. Definitely worth a try, and the customer service is lovely.

   Ordered beef curry. The texture and the smell of the meat was questionable. Extremely foul smelling clearly the food was off. I still have the aftertaste in my mouth whilst writing this. Would have gave zero stars if it was an option

   Food is disgusting! Salt and pepper chips are bland. Literally salt and pepper poured on dry chips with no onions peppers or anything else. The food comes in polystyrene containers that were crushed so all your food tastes like plastic. The Singapore chow main had luncheon meat in and smelled disgusting and some other brown meat that looked and smelled inedible. My chicken fried rice was the worst. The chicken was wobbly and watery and looked more like jelly than chicken. Everything was hot but smelled off. Never ordering again. Safe to say the refund was needed! Sticking to our usual place!

   My go to takeaway now in Crookes - tasty and punctual - only gripe occasionally shuts for a few weeks at a time but everyone deserves a holiday so always back on re-opening
