We have been buying lunch at the student union for years since studying and working at the university. The food at Grill and Go is usually acceptable but the service is unbelievably bad due to the female staff who serves at the step one point when ordering. She never smiles and tbh is rather rude to customers. She is not patient to explain how the ordering works. It really puts me off so I don't buy food there anymore. I have been discussing about this with my colleagues in the office. Many of them had the same experience. Can the owner of the shop please do something about it? This shop mostly serves students and staff at the university. It simply is not fair for people to be treated like this.
