    I made mistake order. so I have to cancellation. When I checked tracking it wasn't despatch yet. so I call the customer service. that lady who was dealing this problem, she was very kind and easy to contact. but end of the day I have to pay £118.68 inc vat....... I have to pay otherwise I going to get wrong order... I know that I made mistake but they charge too much. I never going to use this shop, and I will speak to my friend to do not use this shop.
