   my first time visiting the store as i am new to the area, as i approached the store a young girl by the name alica was smoking her vape right at the doorway which i had to walk through very disrespectful in my face she then says do i have a collection i didnt know what she ment by this so i reponded no to that point her attitude changed she seemed really annoyed with me for saying no then said do i have codes still not a clue what she means.I began to look through the brochure as she went to the counter all i heard her mutter was i might get a break at some point. I felt really uncomfortable and left the store.I suppose i shall take my custome else were.

   Was trying to access online payment for delivery of purchase, but website kept crashing tried at least 3 times, so went to store to collect. On arrival the manager shouted " Have you got a mask mate" to which I replied I did not have one, she said are you exempt?, again I said I was not, so I said I would leave it and go elsewhere, to which she replied OK, sarcastically. I acquired a mask and went back to store to collect my purchase as I needed it to complete my work. After purchasing my items I noticed the manager wasn't even wearing her mask correctly, it was under her chin, not even covering her mouth or nose, I mean let's not be hypocritical

   Called for the first time today after a bad experience at screwfix. James and Andy who helped me out are an absolute credit to the company. Back and forth to the stockroom helping me with the correct gate hinge i needed. Nothing was too much effort. Very friendly too!. Great staff & great stock and great that I don’t need to go back to screwfix again!!

   I placed my order for click and collect this morning. 5 mins later I had a text and email telling me my order was ready for collection. When I went to collect they have the 2m rule down to a T. I was served within minutes by great staff and all without coming into contact with anyone. Would definitely recommend this place.
