   I had a fantastic experience at Trendy Mobiles, and I honestly can’t recommend this shop enough. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with a friendly and professional atmosphere. The store is well stocked with a great range of phones, accessories, and services to suit all budgets and needs. A special mention has to go to Zahid, who truly made the experience exceptional. Zahid was incredibly polite, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to listen carefully to what I was looking for and explained all the options clearly without any pressure to upsell. His advice felt genuine and honest, which is something you don’t always find these days. Zahid went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up perfectly, answering all my questions and making sure I was completely happy before I left. His customer service skills are outstanding, and it’s clear that he really cares about helping customers and making sure they leave satisfied.

   Visited trendy mobiles after trying several other mobile phone shops to witch all said it wasn't possible to get the part needed to fix my phone and tried selling me a new mobile walking home I passed trendy mobiles and just thought I try one more time as he had just finished with his last customer the owner zahid gave me his full attention went out of his way to spend time trying different parts until we found the right 1 that got my phone working perfect this shop has the best customer services I've been treated better and the service was 100% on delivering me with a working mobile I recommend zahid at trendy mobiles for you first port of call when needing great customer service and 100% effort to achieve you request no pushy sales for new phone they deliver exactly what you want thanks zahid I'll be coming to you for all my mobile repairs and mobile phones thanks again

   Absolutely brilliant service from Trendy Mobiles. The repair was done to a really high standard my phone looks and works like it’s brand new again. The price was very reasonable and I was greeted with a smile. I’m genuinely so happy with the quality of the work and the friendly service. From now on, this is the only shop I’ll be using. Highly recommended!

   I would give this shop 0 starts if I could, I do not recommend bringing anything here to get fixed. I brought my phone here to fix my screen as only my screen was broken my phone is not even a year old, when I collect my phone my brightness on the screen was broken, my sound was broken, my Face ID was broken after paying over £100 for a screen. I was not told that there would be a potential risk to anything else breaking he told me he could fix it and ended breaking the phone much further. A week later my screen was frozen so I called the man to explain to him and he tried saying it was because of a little crack baring in mind my phone is already broken at the. Back so that bravo on the put light has been there for a year he tried to get me to pay £120 again a weeek later to redox my screen. HE IS A SCAM!!!!

   I would give this company 10 stars if I could! Always very helpful and very knowledgeable. I have had several repairs done here and they are always good, reasonably priced and efficient. There is also a good selection of new and secondhand devices available at competitive prices. Wasim can work magic on telephones, laptops and computers. Just near to Nat West. bank on the A6. Well worth a visit.
