   VERY DODGY COMPANY!! I purchased a new TV through OnBuy who used this company (EasygoodsUk) to fulfil the order. The TV arrived shoved in the back of a man’s car, where I was asked to pay £65 extra to have it delivered a day early. Instantly, it was obvious the TV was not new, the box had been resealed and was rattling on the inside. When opened: -nothing was new and in its original packaging. -there were parts missing needed to build the base. -there was no screen protector on the TV (standard on new LG TV’s). -the screen was scuffed in several places. -there were two white marks running down the screen when switched on. When I tried calling EasyGoodsUK no one ever answered the phone (literally not once). The only way go communication with them was via the OnBuy portal, where messages were often ignored until I had to pester them for a response. Eventually they arranged for someone to pick up this second hand TV. The person they arranged to pick up the TV did not handle it with any care whatsoever. Given the price I raised this with EasyGoodsUK. I was told that as it was not put back in the box I could be held liable for the damage potentially caused by the person they had arranged to pick up the TV. EasyGoodsUK made me chase them several times for the refund. Eventually this did come through. However, when I asked to be called about my refund, I was told by text message ‘they are very busy and can’t respond to customer demands’. I have previewed other reviews for EasyGoodsUK, who also report instances of receiving second hand / used goods sold as new by the company. Also, they seem to lie on every negative review by copy and pasting a reply stating: ‘you are mistaken this was bought through eBay’. My advice for anyone looking to buy from EasyGoodsUK would be do not. They are clearly a very dodgy company that lie and fraudulently sell used products as new.

   Sent the wrong item to me. Slow to respond on emails. Had to wait ages for a refund. Would not recommend; go elsewhere.

   I am happy with the computer I purchased, but not with the fact that they originally sent me a computer ordered by another customer. At considerable inconvenience to myself I had to re-pack the other customers computer and drive a round trip of 20 miles to the nearest DPD drop off with no offer of payment for fuel, inconvenience etc. Considerable time elapsed before I received the computer I had ordered.

   Very disappointing service. Ordered headphones via their site but there was no further contact from them even to confirm the order. Emailed them a week later to query the order and delivery date but they didn’t reply. They didn’t return my phone call either. In the end, I gave up waiting for any response and initiated a refund via PayPal. They then acknowledged this and processed a refund. Buyer beware.

   SCAM!!! Tried to buy a Graphic card on their website. Despite advertising PayPal, Google pay and Apple Pay, the only working options were Klarna (forcing you to borrowing money and get a credit score) or cash on delivery. Selected cash on delivery, they confirmed it via email to then cancel with Covid as an excuse. Wanted to pay via PayPal all the way but customer service wouldn’t let me. Said they kept one aside for me but never gave me an option to pay for it, wasted my time on phone calls with always the same guy who pretended to be someone else each time. (Doesn’t let me post with “0” stars otherwise I would have..) Crooks !!!!
