The food was really delicious and the portions sizes were perfect. The Restaurant had a really nice, chill ambience and our waitress Kasia was just amazing! I would recommend this place a lot!

We had a small event on Sunday (14 December) with the girls, and we had such a great time. We really enjoyed the atmosphere, the delicious food we ate everything, nothing was left on the plates! The Christmas decorations were amazing and created the perfect festive vibe. Basir, the manager, was absolutely fantastic. He helped us so much throughout our brunch and made us feel welcome from the very beginning until the end. And Victoria was lovely, very friendly, and assisted us with our orders. I highly recommend this place if you want to feel truly welcomed, enjoy great food, and appreciate beautiful design. We will definitely be back!

Had an amazing experience at Ask Italian! The Carbonara was incredible, and the lasagna was even better. Great service and friendly staff. Highly recommend to everyone — definitely a 5-star place!

This Ask Italian was top notch Having been to an Ask Italian and not getting the service we expected, my wife complained and we were offered a complementary main meal and a drink at any branch. We opted for the Ask Italian in Spring Street, off Sussex Gardens in Lancaster Gate. There we were met by Fuad, who gave us a choice of tables and reassured us that no money would exchange hands. Wow! This Ask Italian was a breath of fresh air. And when we settled down we were provided with a non-alcoholic version of a Limoncello. Salute per Tutti! We opted for Calzone pizzas. Both of them were wrapped but Fuad gave us the option of having it unwrapped, which we took. The tasty Calzone Carne Piccante contained pepperoni, ham, beef and red wine ragu, fresh chillies, mushrooms, tomato sauce, and mozzarella. It had a nice crispy base with a hint of char from the oven with fresh toppings which were washed down with a non-alcoholic Peroni. My wife went for a Calzone Mushroom and Truffle with Chicken. The flavours really shone through giving it a wonderful taste. The main meal was plenty but there was enough room to share one dessert, and it had to be a White Chocolate Pistachio Tart. It was so delicious that it was heartbreaking to share. If you are into Mocktails, try the cherry one. It has such a strong taste that it feels like it’s alcoholic. A mint tea with leaves was equally refreshing. The food, the ambience and the staff, Fuad and Besem, were super friendly and professional in their approach. Although our first experience in another branch of Ask Italian had not been good, these guys were able to restore the reputation of the brand a hundred times over. If you are contemplating on going to Ask Italian, go to this one and you won’t be disappointed. It’s big but also cosy, just off the main Bayswater Road, so feels exclusive. Everything about this branch is top notch, including the clean toilets. I will definitely be coming back. It’s five star service from start to finish.

Everything about this experience was phenomenal. Friendly staff, great atmosphere, and the food was spectacular. I ordered the Margherita pizza, and it was one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. Also ordered a dessert called “The Lemon”, which was out of this world. I mean the presentation alone looks like its from a Michelin star restaurant, but the taste was even better. Will definitely be coming back the next time I’m in London. All around an amazing place to eat.

Partner and I throughly enjoyed our meals which arrived piping hot. Everything was tasty and was good value for money. Service was fine; I could see that the servers were busy which I totally understand. However there was one waiter in particular who was running around like lightning which we found a little off putting when we were trying to have a relaxing meal. The restaurant was also quite cold on our visit

Pretty busy on a Saturday which is understandable. Had to wait for a pasta and 2 pizzas 30-40 min. The pasta in the picture is a carbonara and it was alright, good portion mediocre taste. The service is good, the inside of the restaurant is cozy.

Not a good experience to be honest. The service is shockingly slow. We arrived early evening and it wasn’t too busy. Got busier as the evening went on. The service was just not great to be honest. When we asked for things like sauces they never came and staff didn’t apologise for forgetting - this happened twice. There just didn’t seem to be any structure to how the staff worked - felt like they didn’t really know what they were doing. My pasta dish came out hard - makes me think they cooked it and left it out for a while which made it go all hard - couldn’t eat all of it. Was a shame because I was looking forward to eating here and eating my favourite cuisine but was bitterly disappointed. The drink I had was very very small too which wasn’t great value for money.

Perfect. Quick service, good prices and a nice table overlooking the quiet street. Decent choice of pasta, pizza and Italian classics. Wine very good and a 50ml carafe set me up nicely.
