   I went to pick up an order and I was told the customer wants to cancel the order, I was messaging uber rider portal to cancel the order and the lady who works just started shouting at me for no reason and asking me to move started giving target remarks, and when I said it would be nice to have some manners she started pointing utensils in a way that she would throw them at me and was taking picture of me for no reason when I repeatedly said ill go once I'm finished with the order she started shouting, Honestly I work as a food delivery driver but never would have in my life thought people would just act like they own the place when they just work there, if the owner sees this please instruct your staff ot treat people with respect...

   Pathetic experience, staff are so arrogant even don't want to answer about the food and delivery. I don't know why the management team still not taking disciplinary action against them i am sure they are well aware of this.

   Staff behaviour was so rude. They even not respond at all and using phone all time. A staff named roha was so rude with all customers and delivery drivers and not responding well.

   Beware people‼️As a food delivery person, I had a very negative experience at this restaurant. When I went to pick up an order, the employee asked me to collect an alcohol bottle from the fridge and pack it myself, which is not part of my job. When I refused, he told me to cancel the order. I refused to cancel and said I would report the issue to Deliveroo. The employee then threatened to give me a bad rating on Deliveroo. When I started recording the interaction on my phone, he snatched my phone and refused me entry. This behavior is unacceptable and dangerous. ❌ I advise others to be cautious when dealing with this restaurant.
