   Hard to know where to start. An excellent experience from the moment we walked in and Neve greeted us. The QR code worked and the platform it takes you to is seamless. Art work is fun and we initially stepped in because there was an “energy” outside. We looked through the window and the place was packed. Food - amazing. Vibes - stellar. Coffees - incredible. Will come back to this little town just to eat here. Shout out to Neve. She’s the best. ❤️

   My second visit to this one, and I wasn't too pleased with the abrupt service. Not to worry, anyone can have an off day, even if all the staff seemed stressed. Quite busy- creating a vibrant atmosphere. I had a Brixton ale for £6.60.

   Lovely restaurant with excellent food. Ordered and paid via their table app. The only issue was the lack of interaction from the staff. Never asked if our food was ok or if we needed anything. Had to get up and get more napkins twice. Even when we left, they never even said thank you or goodbye.

The warm lighting enhances the cozy atmosphere, creating a perfect balance between comfort and style. We tried the hot drinks, and they were all excellent—great quality at a decent price. Whether you're there for a quiet drink or a meal, the chilled environment makes it an ideal retreat.

   You don't come to Faro lounge for high cuisine but what you get is excellent. It's very pleasant to enjoy lunch here. The coffee is decent and the food interesting, well prepared and flavoursome. The décor is worth a mention, being an eclectic blizzard of artworks and artefacts, some of which are pretty good. Service can't be faulted, friendly and prompt.

   The restaurant is so much bigger than it looks from the outside. Great breakfast and coffee. Dog and family friendly. Welcoming to any dietary requirements and flexible on the menu in that regard. A great restaurant for breakfast or brunch in Lichfield! It’s a strong contender for a local favourite breakfast and I’ll definitely be bringing visitors here.

   We love this place and have returned many times! Very grateful to have a separate vegan menu, so nice to have choices rather than just one option on a menu! The tapas is AMAZING. Great drinks, great atmosphere. Staff are always friendly and happy, 10/10

   Faro Lounge great for Gluten Free and being vegetarian! The menu is great and has plenty of gf options that are also veggie! The staff were clued up and on it the moment I walked through the door. I felt comfortable eating and didn't worry at any point which is a big deal. Food quality was also great. Top marks!
