   I usually go during the day as it's nice and quiet. It's super homely and comfy. The staff are so nice. Reminds me of the super chilled shisha cafe in the GGC where everyone is doing their own thing and no one bothers you. Shisha is literally best I've had here.

   ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Al-Marrakech – The People’s Lounge truly lives up to its name. I honestly can’t fault this place. The service and hospitality are an easy 10/10, as are the food, desserts, and shishas. What really stands out is the respect and kindness shown not just to customers, but even to delivery drivers, I’ve personally witnessed them being offered a hot or cold drink and a seat while they wait. It’s clear the team here run things properly and with pride. The lads have built something special, and they should be proud of such a successful and welcoming business.

   Bad quality shisha, flavour was incorrect and staff didn't change the pipe within first few minutes. Milkshake needed to be drank by a pipe as it was too thick-Staff didn't acknowledge their mistake. But still gave the same one with extra milk which made the flavour mild. Charged me incorrectly and they knew that as well. I wanted to see how long it would take for them to be honest. I gave them soo many chances to rectify yet he still charged me extra for water bottle at the counter. You cannot outhustle a hustler turnt business owner. Overall they are deceitful people, keep the change. The decor is poorly designed as some wires are sticking out of the wall. I would say this place is ideal for college kids. I don't think they ask for i.d as well because they need the money. I'm not arrogant person but I'll say it how it is. Staff need training as they just sit down instead when someone needs something. The fruits they use for milkshake and other dessert is definitely canned. First and last time.

   Lovely hospitality, felt comfortable to go there as a girl. The workers look out for you and provide excellent service. Went with my husband who told them it was my birthday, and owner gave a cake on the house. It really is the little things. Great place with good music and good sheesha that doesn't die out after half an hour. Would reccomend! Plenty of parking too :)

   One of the best shisha places I have visited. Staff are always so warm and welcoming with great service! They have a big selection of shisha flavours, I like trying something new every time I go in and I’m not disappointed! I would highly recommend, plus the atmosphere is nice & relaxing.
