Fantastic polite staff. Can’t do enough for you. The cafe it self is very welcoming and the menu is 10/10. There is a wide variety and choice and the food is always delicious

Absolutely fantastic breakfast place. Me and my partner visit almost every weekend as its local to us and we’ve never had a bad experience. The owners are so friendly and welcoming everytime and the food is always top quality, fresh and tasty. There is so many options to choose from and healthier ones too. Keep doing what you’re doing!

Ordered a breakfast sandwich from Gourman Cafe and it was genuinely great. It made the trip and the egg was still runny, which is a small miracle these days. Properly cooked, no nonsense, just really good food. I’ll be back.
Phoned up to make an order to pick up done absolutely everything wrong I didn't know until I got home I then called up 10 times to be ignored they then answered of a different number straight away however when they heard my voice they refused to speak the worst customer service in the world
Awful service. The cafe got my order wrong despite writing it correct on the bag - rang up and the lack of customer service is laughable. Proceeded to tell me nothing they can do with such attitude, could hear them slagging off in the background as incapable of putting the phone on hold - told me “if you order again put a note and you’ll get it for free ” despite trying to explain that full payment would be made through Uber Eats so how would this work? Waiting for the owner to apparently ring me back … Need to learn some manners and customer service if you want to be in the job you are.
Bought a sandwich and asked for no sauce, got home and it’s smothered in it, I phoned up to explain and was met with a rude lad on the phone stating “mistakes happen and there is no need to have an attitude bout it “mate”, number 1, I ain’t your “mate”, number 2, all I wanted was a new sandwich making but after the rude attitude I decided to just bin it and never return. Learn how to deal with issues in the correct way and not have an attitude and you will get more out of life “mate”
Order 2 specials and was told 15 mins wait. OK, at least they will be fresh. I paid £13.60 ish on my card. 30 minutes later still waiting. A guy gave up and left without his food. After 45 minutes I left without food and -£13.60. I couldn't wait any longer if I wanted to keep my job. Very poor service.more interested in delivery orders. I won't be back
We ordered ham salad on brown muffin with extra ham and now we can't stop ordering them. They're really good and filling with a coffee. Thanks
