   total disrespect to veterans as they did not honor there own promotion of a free coffee for a veteran on rememberance day 11/11 even though it was on the costa website quoting 10% off if you was wearing a poppy between the dates 5/11/25 -11/11/25 and a free drink on rememberance sunday 9/11/25 then on the 11/11/25 they was so rude was unbelievable and disrespecful to the armed forces as this site

   Just got served by Chloe in costa. And her service was bad just felt as if is she is forcefully standing on the till and servicing customers with no patience and politeness. Also made faces as i asked her to change my drink to small before payment.

   Who doesn't like a good coffee and a chill out. This is the perfect place to chill out.. even better with friends. Always good service, and you are not pressured to drink n go like some places. Im not saying my favourite sandwich, because they are all good..Oh and cake, well they are the best ..cake and coffee yummy.

   I’m a regular customer at Costa who spends on average about £30 a week in Costa franchises. On Saturday 5th November I went to the Costa in Moto services, Birch Eastbound off the M62 and I asked their arrogant employee for a salted caramel latte (which I order every time I visit Costa with no issues). First of all I was told that she did not have salted caramel syrup which was a lie, I could see the bottle behind her. She then said this is only for cold refreshments we do not offer salted caramel lattes. When I confronted her on this point she says it’s against Costa policy to serve hot salted caramel lattes? Again a complete fabrication. When I pleaded with her to make it, she put hardly any syrup in the cup, burnt the coffee and pretty much launched the coffee across the counter, I’ve never seen such rudeness and disrespect towards a customer in ten years shopping on Costa stores. It was so foul I had to throw it away. I received a weak apology from the store and as a result refuse to shop there again

   Nice tidy little Costa service area outlet for a quick rest, coffee, bite to eat etc. Relaxing atmosphere. We particularly liked our coffee in "proper china cups" too many outlets use paper cups. Staff were fantastically friendly and approachable.
