   The barista working on his own this morning (Thursday 9am) was outstanding. He handled a never ending queue of 10+ people calmly, quickly, and with great customer service. He absolutely deserves recognition under such pressure - still managed to make me a perfect flat white

   It was my first experience at Costa Coffee in England. I ordered Chae Latte and was great. They have multiple options and I saw they make everything in professional way. A nice place to sit and relax after you get done with your shopping in or around town square of Oldham.

   The coffee is at Costa standard but the service is horrible. We walked in and there were people already waiting. The two servers were too busy cleaning up / packing up, whilst there was still over 40 mins left before closure. We waited 10 mins before one asked if we were waiting to be served, which I felt was a daft question because why else would we be there. They assumed we knew where the line is supposed be but it was the first time we went there. The drinks came out in good time and was ok. Very poor service and cannot be compared to Starbucks. I use to prefer Costa but I won't be using this one again. Training in customer service is needed here.

   Might seem low market but I really did not enjoy the Lemon/Ginger fusion offering. Lemsip Tate's better. Yes taste is very personal but it was insipid and uninteresting.

   Daily breakfast place, no issues or concerns. Just one point sometimes even first thing in the morning when its open some of routine items such as Mac and Cheese are not available which I personally dont like as my breakfast menu remains the same.

   I think the move to the new location has lost something in the ambiance. The staff on today were all very young but managed to keep a busy shop together. Service was a bit slow.
