   Food is cheap and nasty. Asked for a cornish pasty as there were 3 on display. All 3 were mouldy underneath when the assistant picked them up. I would not recommend this place to anyone, although it does seem quite busy.

   Would never ever recommend this place to anyone. The food is absolutely disgusting, the service is appalling, dirty shop, nothing good I could say about them. After having raw food in my box, I rang to make them aware, give them feedback on their food, and they not once, twice hung up the phone saying that I was shouting at them on the phone. Good standards agency has been informed and investigation pending. Please see the standard of the food for yourself on the picture attached!

   No gloves worn when handling food, did not wash hands before hand either. Food storage area looked like it had not been cleaned, ever!! Only thing that can safely be eaten from this place is packets of crisps because they are prepackaged

   The gentleman was very polite but the 'lady' there had a face like she was chewing a wasp and her attitude was disgraceful, my bread also had mould on it. Absolutely appalled by the service at Butties R Us.
