   Cafe was clean, food was hot, staff were nice. But I can't stand touch screens in a cafe. Any elderly people would probably not bother because of this. Yes it's the future, but I don't like it

   Spent a lot of money for poor service. Daughter ordered a chicken burger couldn't eat because it smelt like vinager and had balsamic on the bun. Asked if she could have a plain one and was told it's a set menu. 8.25 for chips and a drink for her. In total spent £37.10 lady with dark hair and glasses rude and dismissive.

   Touch screens to order food and drink now , nothing on display cakes. Sandwiches etc. A step backwards , not user friendly especially for the elderly who will struggle to cope. It's not a McDonald's, what a big mistake, won't go again.

   Staff in this cafe the two blonde ladies really need a customer service course as the way they spoke to my mum was unacceptable. Don't work in a customer based place if you don't want to deal with people. Eye rolling and attitude problems lost our custom due to being so rude! Ridiculous tesco need sort this out

   This morning went to cafe and ordered 2 cups of tea, was told "can't do tea the machine's broke!" Then I ordered 2 fish and chips was told we have no fish. How pathetic! We left and went to Wetherspoons.

   The staff are lovely but the menu is absurd and ridiculously priced. Small beyond burgers (and it really is tiny) is £10... Everything is super expensive and they've got rid of regular food choices like lasagne and kids meals. Tip...go to weatherspoons!

   Expensive for the quality of breakfast. Tables hadn't been wiped down. Would be much better going to weatherspoons or Morrisons. For £30 could have had a decent sit down meal elsewhere

   Awful food microwaved at the counter while you wait. Anaemic veggie sausages absolutely terrible. Will not go back. Service ok food let’s it down.
