   Update in 2023. Nice staff but the service is appallingly slow, especially when we have to pay to park... My mum has been in hospital for a month and I every visit the wait is 10 to 20 minutes. They need another coffee machine and extra staff! Original review 2 years ago. Good service, happy staff and lovely coffee. I just wish the treats were not an extortionate price.

   Always come in here, me, my daughter, my son, and my mum sometimes, my daughter thinks this Costa is the best shop in Ashton, she loves the staff, and the patterns they do for her baby chino, they are always nice and the coffee is always great.

   I ordered 2 iced whipped lattes and asked for less ice as too much ice i feel ruins the drink. I was told that my drinks would not be as full as normal as the ice takes up most of the room in the cup. I will not be going here again as every other costa I have been too do not mind me saying less ice and I still get a full cup of iced coffee . Photo shows how petty costa in the ladysmith centre are

   I love this costa so much! It’s so spacious, with two floors to sit on, relax and enjoy your food and drinks! My partner got me the new Christmas drink, the Toblerone hot chocolate which I had only tried from the costa vending machines before, and this was made so so much better, I didn’t think my drink would be so good! Even came with a tiny Toblerone bar which was super cute! I just wish they had chocolate dust to take along with the sugar, salt and stirrers, but can’t complain as my drink was amazing! I’ll definitely be back here! Service was amazing and my drink didn’t take too long to make.

   I go in this Costa fairly often, and have for many years. The staff have always been exceptional, the best in any cafe I've ever been to, with only one or two exceptions and they in the last few months. Overall, they have the knack of choosing incredibly helpful and polite individuals. The cafe itself is not as clean as it used to be (cobwebs on windows and debris behind furniture for long periods) but they are always incredibly busy and I have no doubt they do their best. The staff are wonderful with the regulars, the elderly, and people who can probably be quite a trial to deal with! I've listened to them deal with odd customers with unfailing politeness and calmness.
