   I paid for large bowl but the lady put as small portion - I saw she served a man before me and she put more for him and also a take out she put food over the top - 1 scoop Maybe they put less food because I’m female I don’t know got disappointed with the attitude I’m from Latin America and have many meals in my life - it’s part of the culture not to be mean and serve people well I didn’t have this experience and feeling and tortilla or I was unlucky to be served by the wrong person

   Manager needs to take a Food Hydene course. I ordered a chicken quesadilla the manager then took the tortilla out of the hands of whom I ordered from, lying it on the counter then gets a piece of paper to put the tortilla on, all this whilst wearing no gloves. I asked do you all not wear gloves anymore? She then glared at me continuing to throw my quesadilka together never asking if I needed anything else. I am in a catering business myself. Makes you wonder what goes on behind closed doors.

   Tortilla in Liverpool is an absolute gem — a solid 5/5 from me! I’m obsessed with their naked burrito (because sometimes, carbs are optional and guac is not). It's fully halal, which is a huge win, and the best part? You get to play burrito architect and pick all your own fillings. It’s basically a flavour packed buffet in a bowl. Honestly, it's become my go-to spot at this point.

   Excellent wraps in that place packed with juicy and tasty ingredients. My only gripe is that I think they should also serve tea or coffee. I'm not a fan of fizzy drinks or plain water with my food. Quick and friendly service and the place is clean.

   Great establishment. I really enjoyed the experience and the good was amazing even though the staff were in training. Everyone was polite and friendly and the asthetic was spot on for the type of food they served. I would definitely go back and dive in next time! Highly recommended, for was delicious!

   Food is fantastic packed burrito always great value. But on this visit the staff were superb. Especially the gentleman (perhaps the manager) who was working Saturday 26/11/22. Shop was rammed could of been stressed but dealt with problem we had at the till amazingly well and with outstanding customer service. Whole staff were great.

   Burrito was really nice. Packed out with lots of filling. I chose the medium and this was still a great size. Perfect grab and go food if you're in a rush but want something tasty!
