£8 for a short filled iced latte and coloured iced water they was supposed to be peach iced tea... staff that clearly didn't want to be there, understandable why it was empty, will give this a miss next time I'm in next.
So I scored really low for service but that was because the service was very slow. There were only two staff lunchtime! Not the staff who were workings fault, they were working hard to get through the orders. This seems to be a regular thing at this place or at least every time we have been. If you're in a hurry then best avoid it!
I am visiting the area, great staff. My only gripe is the bin, it’s wildly overflowing , staff say it’s not their problem as it is council bin, however it is full and overflowing with Costa trash. I hope you read this and put in your own bin also to take responsibility …. I suggested even putting a bag there…. All shop fronts should clean their own door fronts …
Efficient staff. There was a large queue when I went but it was dealt with very quickly and I didn't have to wait either to be served or to get my drink. I've been here a few times and it's always quite busy but never have any problems getting a seat. The customer area always seems clean and the staff are quick to clear any tables that people have left. It's a nice place to either relax with your coffee or take your computer and do a little work. Would recommend
