   Exceptional Service and hospitality That Makes You Feel at Home ☕✨ We recently moved from London to Wilmslow and visited this Caffè Nero for the first time with my husband a few weeks ago, and it immediately left a great impression. As soon as you walk in, you’re welcomed by the comforting aroma of freshly brewed coffee and a warm, cosy atmosphere that makes the space feel relaxing and inviting. The café is very well managed, everything from the seating areas to the toilets is spotless, which really adds to the overall experience and makes you feel comfortable staying awhile. The coffee was excellent and well-made, and clearly prepared with care. You can tell the team takes pride in what they do, and it really shows in the overall experience. The staff are friendly and welcoming, but we’d especially like to mention Abbey. She stood out straight away with her genuine smile, positive attitude, and attentive service. She made us feel truly welcome and took the time to make sure everything was just right. Abbey brought such a warm and uplifting energy to the café, and her skills and kindness really enhanced the experience. This cafe is already a great spot, and staff like her make it feel special. It’s the kind of place you’re happy to return to, knowing you’ll be welcomed and looked after. We’ve been very impressed and will definitely be back again.

   This cafe Nero is a weekly visit and the experience we get is very personalised. Charlotte knows our order by heart and always welcomes us with the same warm smile. An Americano - no milk and an Oat Milk latte, always done right! The ambiance is quaint and relaxed, perfect place to have great coffee.

   I come to cafe Nero quite often and get the same order every time which is a vanilla iced latte. After being handed a hot coffee and politely asked for the ice latte as the order was wrong. I was met with a sigh and an annoyed look. Once my order was corrected it was nothing like what it usually is. No vanilla shot, just what tastes like watery milk. Very disappointed as this is not the usual experience which I have at cafe Nero.

   This Caffè Nero is genuinely one of the best cafés in the area. The coffee is consistently excellent, rich, smooth, and full of flavor every single time. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, making it an ideal place to relax, meet friends, or focus on work and studying. Whenever I visit it always feels like a comfortable and friendly environment. The whole team deserves credit for their great service, they’re always polite, efficient, friendly and go out of their way to make customers feel at home. A special mention to Mia, who always greets everyone with a smile and brings such positive energy to the place. Her friendliness and genuine approach really enhance the overall experience. It’s rare to find a coffee shop that gets everything right, quality coffee, great service, and a lovely atmosphere. This Caffè Nero truly does. Highly recommended!

   The coffee is OK and I know the brand has its fans. However, this place needs a good clean IMO. This is based on a number of visits. The windows have been cleaned - with a dirty mop by the looks of them. I don't think this is a reflection of those working there as I only ever see 2 colleagues who appear pretty busy all of the time. It must just be the model Caffè Nero use. Or maybe someone can enlighten me.

   Great place for a hot chocolate at breaktime. Really friendly staff, despite it being quite busy. Remember there is more seating upstairs.

   This has to be the worst coffee and service I’ve had in a long time. The guy who served me with glasses had the customer service skills of a crocodile!! I ordered a latte that was like a flat white no steamed frothy milk which is standard. I won’t be back here ever again, as once was defo enough.
