   Super uncomfortable bright lighting, slow service and then watching as the two trainees cordoned off half the cafe leaving everyone squashed on one side. Absolutely useless customer experience. Avoid.

   Apathetic staff member served me. Did not ask sit in or take away like other people had been asked. Stood there and had to wait next to the till. Other customers had their drinks made but their food brought to them. I had to stand and wait for both for some reason. Staff member heated my panini before forgetting about coffee. Other customers food and drink made before mine even though they were after in the queue. Staff and manager speaking about me in front of me. When the coffee was finally made I was allowed to have my food too. Resulted in a lukewarm panini. Food standard ok. Shocking

   Currently sitting here drinking a Luxury Frappe. Very nice. However there is a young man behind the counter with trainee barista on his t shirt and he's absolutely smashing it. A lady in front was having trouble with her payment card and instead of getting frustrated he tried his best to help and when that didn't work he paid for her order. A selfless act. We need more people like him in hospitality.

   From top to bottom, the cup was filled with an unusual amount of coffee grounds — not just at the bottom, but throughout the entire drink. It was basically drinking sand at this point. Had to brush my teeth right after.

   Be careful when accepting free whipped cream in my hot chocolate. The amount of chocolate left after eating the cream was almost half cup.

   Staff are not motivated Al all and take forever and forever to serve, they look so dead in the face like walking zombies and don’t speed anything up. People wait for more than 20 mins to be served. They have no sense of urgency because I’m a staff member and would like to be served quick because we don’t have much time
