   Such a poor costumer service. I usually don’t write negative reviews but this time it has got over the limit. It took us 20 minutes to be served even tho we have been only 5th in a queue. The team is barely moving, taking thrift time to chat with costumer or friends who they took without a queue. Like there are three tills, and 3 people working, but the 3d one wasn’t even bothered, just walked around the tables. It’s should be a shame to take so much money for such a horrible experience in this place

   Can't fault the service but the money Costa are making and they can't even employ someone to sweep the floor!! Food everywhere under tables. Disgusting!! Bench seating all needs replacing as leather all cracked so probably unhygienic too. Won't be visiting again as felt dirty!!

   Costa coffee. Costa lot! (Costs a lot) but needs must at this hour. Small cappuccino for me, browsed the butties but nothing appealed, a recent banana still satiated me. The service was swift and the staff friendly. The cappuccino had a pleasant ‘jiggle’ and was a worthy companion to a chapter of P.D James’ ‘The Children of Men.’ Preferable to a Starbucks if you ask me. Starbucks? What am I, some sort of commuting astronaut sucking down my space coffee? No I’m not. Daft name. Forgive my aside, this Costa was alright.

   Horrible. This is the costa in terminal 3, by gate 142. I saw the costa employee (an African lady with long sleeved costa shirt on 16/10/2025 evening) hold a sandwich with her bare hands and put it in the oven to warm it. When I was about to go comment to her about hygiene, she was already licking her finger tasting the sandwich.

   Horrible is a compliment for here. No forks, no plates, eating a cake at a table from a paper bag... I have not seen such treatment of clients in a while. Service was slow to say it nicely. With one person in front of me it took almost 10 mins to get a cappuccino and a piece of cake.
