   Lovely quirky clothes but I’ve had a couple of issues due to new staff. I ordered some shoes online. When I went to collect them the lady serving ignored me twice (I was second in the queue and wearing a bright red coat and had a child with me) and asked the third lady if she could assist her. Then I got my order home and discovered they’d given me the wrong size of shoe. I phoned to arrange to exchange them and was told to drop them in. My husband dropped them back to find they hadn’t got my size. I was happy to have them in a different colour but when he got back I discovered they’d only put one shoe in the box! It’s a lovely shop and the staff are lovely. I admire the way they’ve kept going online through lockdown but I think a little bit of staff training might be needed.

   Had a bad experience with the owners due to them not wanting to give me a refund for an item that has never arrived. I was told I needed to be patient as there are hold ups at the post office. After waiting 18 days I think my patience ran out and Tracy reluctantly gave me a refund. I think the After sales team is unprofessional regards to refund queries and complaints. HOWEVER, the selection of clothes are really nice and the buyers seem to have a good eye for what is current in the world of fashion. I won't shop there again because I was made to feel a liar, but I do wish them every success with their business
