   It was the first time visiting this store and I had an amazing experience. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. I was shopping for party wear attire, the staff created an idea for the outfit and it was perfect. I had received many compliments from people.    Fantastic experience shopping here. Me, my sisters and my mum chose some beautiful fabrics from literally hundreds of designs. Everyone is on hand and helpful in matching colours and adding trim and the whole experience was brilliant. Also a special thankyou to Amina the absolutely superb tailor who made our suits fit like a glove with intricate details! Definitely recommend and we will be back inshaAllah!

   It’s been a really long time since I’ve walked in to a shop and seen so many amazing options and then had service to match. The material is stunning, and I can’t wait for more events to buy more clothes for. Vivek is so lovely and extremely helpful with ideas. He wasn’t pushing us to buy anything, but gave genuine advice and the best recommendations. He was also super quick to respond to my messages. Amina was also an amazing tailor, my clothes fit perfectly and I can’t wait to wear them. Would definitely recommend! 10/10

   I visited this store for the first time to find all of my bridesmaids outfit for my wedding and have since been back three more times to order outfits for my entire family! My friend recommended them after she got her bridesmaids outfits from there, and now I’ve done the same, absolutely amazing quality. The customer service, especially from Vivek, is out of this world! He takes his time with each customer, showing different fabrics and giving expert recommendations. He helped us design my entire bridal party’s outfits, from my bridesmaids to my mum and auntie. His attention to detail and dedication to making sure everyone looks their best is incredible. They are extremely reliable, if they promise a completion date, they stick to it! In fact, they often have outfits ready before the collection date, which is so reassuring, especially when so many other stores tend to delay orders. What I love most is that Vivek isn’t just there to make a sale, he genuinely wants his customers to look and feel amazing for their special occasions. The shop has a huge variety, offering both bespoke designs where you can dye anything to a desired colour for example and ready-to-buy fabrics. Plus, there’s an onsite tailor who can create a custom outfit in under a week! All around fantastic service, I’ll be coming here forever! If you’re looking for high-quality outfits and exceptional service, this is the place to go.

   Absolutely Amazing Customer Service, I went last minute for an engagement outfit, the customer service was brilliant. Vivek took his time to show me the fabrics and had it tailored within less than a week. I was very impressed with the outfit it was exactly how I wanted it, I am ever so grateful and will be returning for future outfits.    Purchased several materials and had outfits made to measure by their machinists! However, she’s still got quite a lot of my outfits and I’ve been texting her since August 2021! I gave them for stitching in August and asked if I can can have them back for December! She was certain and reassured myself! I have been texting, calling her! She’s stopped taking my calls! Don’t response to my messages! Spoke to the owner of Ananya who said he was going to chase it up! STILL WAITING AND ITS NOW BEEN 15 whole months! I’m disgusted and still want to claim my outfits! Can someone from the chats please help!

   This shop is extremely overpriced to compensate for the rude, lazy kids that work there. Their family run service is appalling and they clearly do not think their customers understand their language since they’ve made comments about me to each other whilst I was there. I’ve also had to go back twice for them to fix their mistakes with my outfit. The staff have no interest in Asian fashion and it shows in their poor style & service. I will not be returning there, ever.

   Purchased a few outfits for a wedding which I will be attending in a few months time. First time visit to shop and absolutely amazing customer service. The gentleman gave his expertise advise on each outfit and even advised on cheaper alternatives. Service provided was 5 star. And for all those leaving 1 star reviews just because you weren't seen on time/ there are rolls of material lying around the shop - well people this is a family owned successful business. The staff are providing a tailored service to each and every customer- I witnessed this in store today so people patience is the key but the best will come to those who are patient and are waiting. Looking forward to making further purchases in the future.
