I've bought a few items recently, Ruby Shoo and Desigual. I had to exchange or return a couple and Deb and her staff were very accomodating. A few people have criticised on here and I admit Customer Service communications could be a bit more 'touchy-feely', but overall I am very pleased with my items and experience.
Placed an order and received a pair of shoes in two different sizes. Tried all routes of contact and finally got a one liner response, saying they would look into it but still have had nothing back. Customer service is non existent.
Ordered through the Ruby Shoo website which Belle Divino have taken over. Had an issue with a damaged item and chased from 22nd May until today for a response - Deb gave a partial refund in July but I was not notified of this and continued to chase as I was not aware. Since, Deb has tried to argue with me over email about her giant list of responsibilities and why emails slip through the cracks. I stated maybe she should hire someone to help and thanked for the refund but she has been quite hostile over email. I think a professional front should be kept and not provide a customer with a list of reasons why it is not your fault you didn’t respond! Will avoid in future - a shame for Ruby Shoo!
Do not buy from this company!!! I spent £60 on shoes that are too small (I am a standard size 5 and these are ridiculously small) so I need to return them. I completed the return form and have to wait for it to be approved. Guess what, it hasn’t been acknowledged! My messages, calls have been ignored. I have raised a complaint with PayPal to try and return my money. Seems like a complete scam to me - avoid!!
What brilliant customer service, I ordered the wrong size and I quickly received the right size. She went above and beyond to ensure I received them before my wedding day. Thanks so much.
I love this store. There was an issue with the carrier outwith the control of Belle Divino but it was quickly resolved and a new package sent straight away. Communication with the lovely Debs was always spot on. She sometimes takes time to reply but that's okay, she is trying to run a business. I don't mind, I don't expect lightning replies because I live in the real world . I have always found reply times acceptable and communication positive. The products are beautiful and I love them so much. Debs keep doing what your doing. A girl can never have too many shoes and bags
Brilliant website and so easy to order. So much choice and so funky and quirky. The only problem there is is which shoes to order as there are so many great styles, and amazing colours ect. Really good prices. Very quick delivery. Needed some advice about the shoes I was ordering and they were brilliant and so helpful. Bought a pair of Ruby Shoos and matching handbag for my daughters wedding in August. They arrived today and both the shoes and handbag were so carefully packaged to protect them. I'm thrilled with them . First class from start to finish.
A really good little company, great range of quality ladies shoes and clothing, quirky items not found on the high street. Bought Ruby Shoo boots, delivered by hand as local. Lovely range of both summer and winter wear and some exclusive Ruby Shoo only available through Belle Divino. Some of my friends from abroad have ordered and there have been no problems with deliveries. Speedy delivery to my friend in Tenerife on a number of occasions. No quibble refunds or replacements if items don't fit. Quality business!!
