   Popped in today. Found staff to be dismissive and abrupt when asking for assistance. Store pretty empty so would expect better service. Shame as put me off buying in the end.

   Waiting patiently for store to open after lockdown and buy a gorgeous little dress that was in the window for months at £20. Well what a surprise it had gone up to £32. Hugely disappointing.

   Not very pleased. Today I purchased a pair of trousers did not have the time to try on. When I got home they were not what I wanted. Went back to another shop closer to home wanted to have my Money back to be told no cash refunds & there was not anything else I wanted today. As I had spent £25 in your shop & did not have another £25 to be able to go anywhere else. I feel very disappointed with Roman today as I regularly use your shop but will think twice before coming again.

   Love this shop, and love the clothes it's brilliant that you can also get what you want ordered in. Love the fact that the sizes are generous too. Got a beautiful dress and jacket for a wedding. Will definitely be back.
