   If you've never shopped at Riley Boutique, Redditch you are missing out on a fantastic shopping experience. Neil and his team are amazing nothing is too much trouble for them. I shop online as I don't live locally and have never had a problem with anything. Neil or Elza will call you if there is going to be a delay on your order so you are always up to date with what's happening. Neil also makes you feel like your part of a family which you are it's the Riley family. Keep doing what you do Neil.❤️

   A warm and friendly greeting is always waiting for you from the team at Riley boutique . They are award winning two years in a row for a reason! They pride themselves on giving the ultimate customer experience - I’m a lady who goes up and down in size and I always come out of the store feeling great and confident. It has fast become one of my favourite stores to shop - nothing is too much trouble and there is never any obligation to buy as you will receive the same great service whether you purchase or not.

   If I could rate zero I seriously would. I’m deeply disappointed by the treatment my mother-in-law received at Riley’s Boutique in Redditch. She is disabled and partially sighted, and when she politely asked the price of an item and whether it was in the sale, the owner, Neil, responded with: “What, can’t you see the red sticker that would clearly be on it?” We explained that she has limited vision, and instead of showing understanding, he laughed. After leaving the shop floor, we spoke to a staff member who did apologise—but you could still hear Neil sniggering in the back. This happened in front of other customers and left my mother-in-law feeling humiliated and upset. She asked to be taken straight home. It was a truly awful experience that showed a complete lack of empathy and respect. We believe it’s important for others to know the kind of behaviour being tolerated here. We will not be returning and are encouraging others to boycott the store as well. Discrimination—especially toward vulnerable individuals—is unacceptable and needs to be addressed. We have contacted the shop and also been ignored which further confirms they have no remorse for their actions.

   I just had to leave a shopping review for the fantastic Neil and my experience in his boutique. Neil never asked my age or size but picked clothes from the rails that fitted and suited me so well and I came away for the 1st time ever feeling really good with my purchases. I often fail miserably trying clothes on that look good on the hanger but do not suit my shape at all. Neil made me feel and look just how I imagined I always wanted to and a bit extra. I would recommend everyone who needs that little extra help, or not, for his expertise. You won't be disappointed. Will definitely return when I need help with my next wardrobe.
