   LACK OF HYGIENE IN THIS CAFE IS JUST UNBELIEVABLE ! NO PROFESSIONAL CLEANERS IN PLACE, TABLES AND SEATS ARE VERY DIRTY ! A GUY ON THE TILL WITH A LONG PONYTAIL, WHO CAME OUT OF THE KITCHEN IS ALLOWED TO HAVE LONG DISGUSTING NAILS WHILE WORKING WITH FOOD. I AM SUPRISED THEY ARE STILL OPEN AND ITS ACUALLY LEGAL.

   Don’t get matcha here. They use a handheld milk frother which does not dissolve all the powder as you can see at the bottom of my cup. V disappointed, was £4.25 for iced matcha vanilla latte with coconut. Not worth the price at all.

   Lovely food and served in a good time frame. Food value for money. However, many of the tables were dirty and full of rubbish, took a while for them to be cleared, some people were eating their breakfast alongside them. Lady came out and began to clear some, believe she was the manager, however left most of them and was just chatting to somebody she knew instead.

   Lovely staff as always, had The Brunch (toast, avocado, halloumi, baked beaks, egg, tomato and a flat mushroom) and The Breakfast (full English) which are always good options. Tried out the dragonfruit and mango smoothie today which was really tasty, fiancé ordered the iced coffee which wasn't great (not much coffee taste, mainly tasted of milk). Overall though a great breakfast. I do love that they serve the breakfast/brunch options all day so after a late night out, this is a great option, either for a big brekkie or a healthy option, even at lunchtime.

   Shocking service! Was waiting at the till for 15 minutes while 6 members of staff stared at myself and another customer. To then finally be served and spoken to in a very aggressive manor. And finally (the only reason I went to the cafe) I asked for some hot water to heat my baby boy's food up and was told I couldn't have hot water. So the lady behind me (also with a baby) asked could she heat up the food in hot water for me? And she told me no she couldn't. I was so upset that I had planned my sons routine around getting to work and getting to the cafe to feed him and then to receive this kind of service. I'm never ever going back and would never have been treated like this anywhere else. So we had to leave the store without our shopping to go home and feed my hungry baby.
