   Love the clothes and have shopped here many times in the past but I'm fed up with staff insisting they can only give a receipt via email which is simply not true. I had to ask 3 times for a paper receipt and the staff member kept saying she can't move past the payment screen on her till without an email address and then somehow magically she was able to. I thanked her and she said nothing. No excuse for bad customer service.

   i’ve never been to this shop before but i ordered some boots online that didn’t fit. went in store to return them and was assisted by a lovely woman who was so helpful and patient throughout despite me not having a clue how to do the refund. she guided me through it and never made me feel bad for taking a long time she was well mannered, polite and smiley the whole way through. exemplary customer service from her. i didn’t get her name unfortunately but keep doing what you’re doing if you’re reading this and assisted a girl wearing a grey cardie with a blue dress returning diamante boots at 5pm

   Poor customer service in store. I tried to return an item. I had taken the tags off to wear the item but realised after five minutes it was way to big, so put it and the tags in a bag to return. I also had the receipt, but, when trying to return them in store I explained I’d worn them for less than five minutes and had the tags and receipt but was told they wouldn’t be accepting them because they didn’t look in new condition… they are. I’m now stuck with an item that’s too big. Won’t be retuning to that store in particular again. Manager was abrupt and had poor customer service.

   New Look - West Bromwich I went to return some items and haven’t done this before and the process of returns has changed so I managed to complete this and had my QR code ready only to be told by the sales assistant that I needed to have sealed the bag. The seal on the bag wasn’t working so I asked if I could use their sellotape to seal but the sales assistant said no. I was shocked at this as it’s only a bit of tape I needed and then the return could have been done but this member of staff had zero customer service skills and completely lacked common sense! I had to leave the store obviously annoyed and now have to come back on another weekend when I’m free to do the return! Absolutely ridiculous this member of staff was and management need to look at this otherwise this store will go downhill.

   Accompanied my wife on one of her many visits. While there's nothing here for me, I can see why she likes it. Such a large shop with so much choice for women. She says their sales racks can be very good at times too. Mostly she orders online and does click and collect, which was the purpose of our visit this time. I see some people saying the staff are arrogant, but they seemed nice to us. I asked my wife to give me her rating out of 5 for this place, and she's gone with 4.
