   I went to this store a couple of days ago to pick up an order and was impressed with the friendliness and how personable the staff were! They allowed me to try on my order whilst I was there as I had ordered the same item in two different sizes and then they processed the refund for the size that was too big with no issues! I don’t normally visit this store due to most of the clothing being a little older but whilst I was there it looked like they had a lot of interesting jeans which I would go back and look at again!

   I Visited your westbromwich store a few months ago and was looking for some new trouser,s after losing some weight and I could not try anything on at the time as I ruptured my achills ,I approached a lovely member of staff and explained to her my issues and concern,s she was very helpful and polite she is a credit to the company and I would like to say a very big thankyou to this lovely lady and to keep up the hard work she does her name is Channin,you realy made my day

   Bought jeans from here for a few years now. I love them because they sit up a bit higher than some and a bit stretchy to add to comfort. The last pair I bought are as nice but the pockets are a bit small and ride out when walking also the lining is white so quite noticable whereas it used to be blue. But still a good fit .
